Bernard Walsh is an AV Rated Civil Trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience.  He first began his career protecting the rights of the public as a trial attorney for the State of Florida.  During his tenure with the State of Florida, Mr. Walsh handled numerous high profile trials concerning serious felony crimes.  In 1982 he started exclusively handling personal injury cases in and beyond Sarasota and Manatee Counties in Florida.

Mr. Walsh received his Bachelors Degree from University of South Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland Law School.  He was selected to be a research clerk and intern for a judge at the federal level and the United States Attorney's Office.
