Please join us on Wednesday, February 16th as our featured guest speaker Farhad Booeshaghi, Ph.D.,P.E. (Dr. B.) of Global Engineering & Scientific Solutions discusses "Forensic Evaluation of Electronic Data in Various Types of Accidents.”
This CLE will:
1. Provide attendees with a general understanding of the types of electronic data available in various accidents;
2. Inform attendees of the available methodologies for retrieving, documenting, and analyzing various forms of electronic data; and
3. Discuss the typical concerns, contentions, and disputes involved with forensic evaluation of electronic data.
